Victory Pickleball ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us when you book a court through this website or contact us through our Facebook Page.
1. Information We Collect
- Full name and contact number
- Number of players and paddle rental preference
- Selected court, booking date and time
- Payment-related information (mode of payment, proof of payment)
- Messenger data: if you message our Facebook Page, we receive your Facebook name, your Messenger ID, and the content of your messages
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and confirm your court booking
- To contact you about your reservation (confirmations, reminders, changes, cancellations)
- To respond to your inquiries sent through Facebook Messenger
- To prepare paddle rentals or court setup in advance
- To process payments and issue booking confirmations
- To improve our booking process and customer service
3. How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable steps to keep your personal information secure and accessible only to authorized staff who need it to process your booking. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not share your personal data with third parties, except when required by law, or with payment processors (e.g., GCash) solely to complete your transaction. Messenger conversations are also processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. under its own privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
We keep booking records for as long as necessary for business, accounting, and legal purposes.
6. Your Rights and Data Deletion
You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of your information. To request deletion, email us at rubybausa0502@gmail.com or message our Facebook Page with the words "Delete my data." We will process your request within 30 days, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements.
